Mini Excavator Access

$450

In situations where the septic tank or components are buried deeper, compacted, or difficult to access, a mini excavator (mini X) may be required. This allows for safe, efficient exposure of the tank while minimizing time and disruption. Additional charges apply when equipment is necessary.

Hand Digging Lid – (First Foot)

$150

The first foot of hand digging is $150. This includes opening up an area large enough to properly access the tank lid—typically around 4 feet long by 2 feet wide. This allows for safe, complete service and ensures we have adequate working space.

Hand Digging Lid – (After First Foot)

$200 / ft

Each additional foot beyond the first is $200 per foot. As depth increases, digging becomes significantly more labor-intensive due to heavier soil, reduced working space, and the need for careful excavation to safely access the tank.

Septic Tank Riser Installation

$200 / ft

This includes all materials and professional installation to ensure a secure, properly sealed fit designed to help prevent leaks and future issues. In our area, most septic systems are buried deeper than 2 feet, which typically requires multiple riser sections to bring lids to ground level for easier access. Most septic tanks have two access lids, and risers are installed on each lid. Total cost will depend on the depth of each access point.

Locating septic tank

$210

If the location of your septic tank is unknown, we can help locate it before service. This ensures proper access to the tank and helps avoid unnecessary digging.
